ClearMeet is built on a zero-access architecture: personalized accountability documents are readable only by their intended recipient. Not the host. Not an admin. Not ClearMeet's own team. There is no admin decryption key and no content-conversion tool.
Zero-access architecture
Personalized documents are sealed to their recipient.
Each participant's accountability document is encrypted to that participant. There is no admin decryption key. There is no internal content-conversion tool. Access to content is impossible by design — not merely restricted by policy.
Secure-link delivery
No third-party messenger ever sees document content.
Documents are delivered as secure links that open inside ClearMeet's protected environment. The only thing your messaging or email provider handles is a short notification and a link — never the document itself.
Encryption & infrastructure
Encrypted in transit, encrypted at rest, India-region.
Content is encrypted in transit and at rest. We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures, and data is processed on secure, India-region infrastructure to keep operations close to the people we serve.
Recording consent
Hosts own consent. Participants always see what's happening.
Recording and transcription consent is the host's responsibility. Participants see a clear in-meeting notice and a persistent recording indicator whenever capture is active. No silent recording.
